Sarah Busk
CFO
Ms. Busk has experience across public accounting, minerals and mining, and oil and gas. She is a CPA with 15 years specializing in financial reporting, managing financial operations and providing financial insight. She currently serves as CFO of WhiteRock Lithium.
Michelle DeCecco
Director
Michelle DeCecco serves as the VP & COO at Lithium Chile and CEO at Monumental Energy, where she leads corporate strategies including acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships across the mining industry. With over 20 years of experience in the public mining sector, Michelle has built a career specializing in capital markets, strategic growth, and corporate development, contributing to the advancement and expansion of mining projects in the Oil, Gas and Lithium sectors.
In addition to her professional roles, Michelle DeCecco sits on the boards of several public mining companies and serves as an advisor to private energy firms. Michelle holds an MBA with a specialization in International Business. She has also been an active member of the Rotary Club for over 10 years, where she served as a Board Member and chaired the Stay in School Program.
